Turkish Graduates Development and Charity Association (TGDCA) is a local non-government and non-political Development organization committed to actively participate in the ongoing development activities of Ethiopia. Founded by volunteers who are graduates of different Turkish universities in the last few years, the association has been registered on October 15, 2010 as an Ethiopian resident charity in accordance with the charities and societies proclamation No.621/2009.

Getting a country with no disadvantage groups and opts to see that the basic social and economic needs of the community fulfilled.

Our Mission

Reaching, serving and get served the poor and disadvantaged groups in Ethiopia for the purpose of Achieving our country in an effort to reach the economic level of middle-income country level standards of social and economic services.

Management System

TGDCA is overseen by the General Assembly and Board of Directors in which the latter is mandated to head and direct organizational policies and directions. The General Assembly meets annually to hear the audit report, the annual physical plan and report and other major activities. The board of directors meets quarterly.
